Michael is a graduate of the Culinary Institute in Munich, Germany. He was the Maitre ‘D Hotel & Captain at Switzerland’s Hotel Savoy & Hotel Beatus and Head Stewart aboard the luxury cruise ship, M.S. Astor/Sea Goddess. Michael continued his career in the United States, hold management positions at The Boca Raton Resort and Club, The Breakers Hotel & Resort in West Palm Beach and the nationally recognized Pete Dye Golf Club in West Virginia. He became the Director of Clubhouse Operations at Admiral’s Cove, a private member-owned Yacht & Golf Club community in Jupiter, Florida.  Michael has been the Clubhouse Manager at Berkeley Hall since 2003.
