Membership Facts
Berkeley Hall Club is comprised of 770 Equity Memberships. This total includes 554 Property Owners and 216 Non-Property Owner Memberships (NPO Memberships).  Property owner Memberships transfer with the resale of property. NPO memberships have the same rights and benefits as the property owners. A Club brochure is available with full description of club amenities and the schedule of fees.
