Membership Opportunities

Select from a variety of different membership categories to meet your needs including Family, Individual and Corporate Membership. Berkeley Hall been voted “One of America’s Top 100 Premier Communities” by Links Magazine and Travel & Leisure Golf.

Membership Categories

1) New National Memberships* for applicant's whose primary legal residence is beyond a 75 mile radius of Berkeley Hall. The initiation fee is $5,000 and Annual Dues is $6,000. Membership offers full use of all facilities for the entire family with a maximum of 30 golf days per year, not including days participating in Club tournaments. Special! Initiation fee has been reduced to $2,000 through February, 2012 for the first 30 memberships that are sold. The initiation fee will be credited towards the conversion to either a Regular Associate Membership or purchase of property within the community.

2) New Individual Memberships* offers individual unlimited and unrestricted use of all Club facilities. The initiation fee is $10,000 and Annual Dues is $10,000. Family members have use of all other facilities but are charged green fees. The initiation fee will be credited towards the conversion to either a Regular Associate Membership or purchase of property within the community.

3) Regular Associate Membership offers full use of all facilities for the family. The Member is required to pay an Initiation Fee of $15,000 and Annual Dues of $15,390. The Heads of Household and all children under the age of 25 years are included in the membership.

4) Intermediate Associate Membership offers membership to individuals under the age of 46 years of age. This Member pays 70% of the Initiation fee and Annual Dues of a Regular Associate Membership until a person in the household turns 46 years of age. At that time, the Intermediate Associate Membership must convert the membership to a Regular Associate membership.

5) Corporate Associate Membership offers full use of facilities for three individuals that are designated by the Corporation. These member designations can be changed on an annual basis to suit the needs of the Corporation. The cost of membership is a $30,000 initiation and payment of $30,780 Annual Dues.

*All plans require a three (3) year commitment, however, the initiation fee is waived with a four (4) year committment.
